STRAY ROUND : Candidate who fails to report/take admission in the allotted College within the stipulated time, then the Stray Round participation fee shall be forfeited by the Council. New
In case of non-availability of candidates under PH categories, the conversation of such seats for the allotment in Stray Round will be considered as per algorithms in Information Bulletin ( Point - 7 )

ROUND 2: ALLOTMENT RESULT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26 .
राउंड 2: संबंधित कॉलेज में रिपोर्टिंग 25/10/2025 से 30/10/2025 तक होगी। आवंटित उम्मीदवार संबंधित कॉलेज के नोडल अधिकारी से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
Round 2: Registration for Admission to B.V.Sc & A.H will starts from 22nd October, 2025 (Tuesday) to 23rd October(Wednesday).
Round 2 : Seat Matrix AY: 2025-26
राउंड 2 : बी.वी.एससी. और ए.एच. में प्रवेश के लिए पंजीकरण 22 अक्टूबर, 2025 (बुधवार) से 23 अक्टूबर, 2025 तक रहेगा ।
Last date for registration in Round 1 is 13th October, 2025 (Monday) up to 23:55 Hrs as per server timings. Candidates are requested to fill their choice soon. Avoid Last hour rush.
राउंड 1 में पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि 13 अक्टूबर, 2025 (सोमवार) को सर्वर समय के अनुसार 23:55 बजे तक है। अभ्यर्थियों से अनुरोध है कि वे शीघ्र ही अपना विकल्प भरें। अंतिम समय की भीड़ से बचें।
राउंड 1: विकल्प भरने की प्रक्रिया 9 अक्टूबर, 2025 को सुबह 11:00 बजे से शुरू होगी।

INTRODUCTION

Veterinary Council of India is a statutory body established under the Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984. It receives 100 % grants–in–aid from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India to meet the cost of running the offices of the Council. Central government vide Gazette notification dated 2nd August, 1989, first constituted the Veterinary Council of India by nominating the Members of the Council as per provisions of section 3 of the Act.
